What’s not included

We’d rather be clear up front than over-promise.

  • A printed hardcover. The Starter is a digital, print-ready chapter; a bound book is a separate add-on we’ll only promise once we can fulfill it for you.
  • A full life story. The Starter is one rich chapter, the best way to start. A complete multi-chapter memoir is a larger project we take on after the Starter, not a hidden upsell.

Their comfort comes first

This only works if your parent wants to do it. We’ll confirm they’re happy to be recorded before anything is scheduled or charged, and they can skip any question they’d rather not answer. Many families simply find reminiscing together meaningful; that’s the whole point.
